Terms & Conditions
Standard operational, delivery, and contractual terms governing GenAI Studio post-production and restoration engagements.
1. Scope of Engagement
All restoration, remastering, dubbing, VFX, and video production services are executed according to a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or written quotation specifying deliverables, technical resolutions, turnaround schedules, and payment milestones.
2. Indicative Estimates & Binding Quotations
Rates presented on the public website and generated via the interactive quote calculator are algorithmic indicative estimates based on standard degradation profiles. A binding quotation is issued only after our restoration engineering desk inspects representative footage samples.
3. Quality Control & Acceptance
Deliverables are provided via secure digital transfer (ProRes, IMF, DCP). The client has a standard review period (typically 7 to 14 business days) to perform technical quality control and request minor adjustments consistent with the agreed project scope.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with commercial jurisdiction centered in Chennai and Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
