When you submit an assessment inquiry or quote request through GenAI Studio, we collect your name, company/studio name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, project duration, format specifications, and cloud preview links.
2. Media File Confidentiality
All media preview links (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Frame.io) provided to GenAI Studio are treated with the strictest commercial confidentiality. Master footage is never shared with third parties, utilized for public machine learning training without express written consent, or accessed by unauthorized personnel.
3. Data Security & Retention
We employ industry-standard encryption, strict access controls, and rate limiting to prevent unauthorized data access. Project inquiries and contact records are retained for commercial accounting, warranty verification, and customer service.
